Quick and easy! Visual + voices, perfect to learn quickly with the brazilian accent.
Easy to follow. Good bundle of words for beginners. Clear reading of words in both English and Portuguese. The display showing how the word is spelled is helpful. At this stage Im ready for more words..,

Trying to learn Brazilian Portuguese and this is amazing has everything u need, looking at how often u use the app, how many new words u wanna learn, and can change settings for ur preferred choice of learning love it
Although limited, this is a very good app for a beginner like myself since it is full of basic words and phrases.This, in turn, gives you a glimpse into the intricasies of Brazilian Portuguese. You can always upgrade to the $9.99 option
This is a great app I have learned a lot of words that I have been using on a daily basis for my first visit to Brazil

Some bad moments

Great for quick references and for learning tools to supplement whatever learning method you are using outside of handheld technology.
And thats exactly what we needed. We did not preplan sufficiently for our trip to Brazil and needed just basic phrases. Memo delivered in sound and print!
Ever since I learned about my upcoming move to Brazil, Ive been furiously trying to learn Portuguese. This app is super helpful by providing a favoriting system, flash cards, and a speech option that lets you compare your accent to a Brazilians. love this app.
This app has a great feature that lets you record yourself and listen to how you sound sandwiched between the teacher saying things the right way… Very good feature!
Im using this for the audio flashcards and pronunciation self-recording (app records you saying a word or phrase then plays you back and immediately plays the instructors pronunciation after your recording so that you can compare what you sound like vs the correct). Its awesome!! If you are visual or audio learner its easier to learn from this bc both are reinforced. There are so many pronunciation changes in Portuguese that even if this doesnt have every word in the order you hoped for its an excellent tool for getting the sounds right, which I can apply to other vocab outside this app
It has a lot of great features but what i dont like so far is that you cant listen to the words/phrases in the list view, you need to open and swipe right, which id rather have both options. The number list is incomplete, along with others. It makes for a great supplemental tool on the go, that is all.
